Walking
Walking is always a great no hassle exercise. You can walk just about anywhere. My husband and I decided to go for a walk with the kidos last Wed. evening. It was wonderful...BEAutiful day! We walked I would guess about 3 miles or so around our small town of Centerton. It was a great workout for the night....probably especially for my husband who had the privilege of pushing our triple stroller! These nice evenings are going to definitely mean more walks for our family for sure! Finally saying goodbye to the summer heat!

Best Workout
I started Zumba before I got pregnant. It was so fun and rejuvenating. In only a couple weeks I had lost 5 pounds. After I found out I was having triplets, I had to stop going to the class. Now that my babies are 5 mos old, I have started back! Let me tell you that it is the BEST workout I have ever done. It is not only fun, but it really helps you slim down. It uses Latin dance moves to work every muscle in your body. I will let you know how my body changes as the weeks go on. A couple girls in class have lost 30 pounds in one session (8weeks) just by taking Zumba and by stop drinking soda's.
